The answers are already there.
I help people create enough space to hear them.

TURN THE VOLUME DOWN
There comes a time when achievement no longer answers the question.
The business is working. The family is good. From the outside, life looks exactly as it should. Yet you find yourself asking different questions these days.
I know that feeling well.
After two decades building companies around the world, I learned that success doesn't answer every question. In some ways, it reveals the most important ones.
Most people don't need more answers. They need enough space to hear what's already true.
Through Vision Quests, coaching, and nature-based experiences, I help people create enough space to hear themselves again.
THE VISION QUEST
An ancient rite of passage for modern life
Most people spend their lives surrounded by noise.
Phones. Meetings. Expectations. Responsibilities. Other people's opinions. The endless pressure to keep moving.
The Vision Quest is an opportunity to step away from all of it.
For three days and nights, you'll live alone on a small piece of land with no phone, no distractions, and nowhere else to be. Just silence, solitude, simplicity, and the natural world.
It's not about fixing yourself. It's not about becoming someone new.
It's about stepping away long enough to hear what has been there all along.
Again and again, I watch people arrive believing they need answers. What they discover is that they already know far more than they think. The challenge isn't finding the truth. It's trusting it.
When that happens, something shifts.
What matters becomes obvious. Decisions become clearer. Energy returns. Life feels less like something to manage and more like something to participate in.
The answers are already there.
Sometimes we simply need to get quiet enough to hear them.

WHAT EMERGES
Every quest is different.
People arrive carrying different questions. Some are navigating a major transition. Some are searching for direction. Others simply know it's time to step away and listen.
What emerges is rarely what they expect.
Again and again, I watch people arrive looking for answers and leave with something deeper: trust.
Trust in what they already know. Trust in what matters most. Trust in the next step.
The distractions fall away. The noise quiets. What's important becomes harder to ignore.
Difficult decisions become clearer. Energy returns. Life feels less like something to manage and more like something to participate in.
Not because something new was discovered.
Because what was true all along finally had a chance to be heard.
COACHING
COACHING
The hardest part isn't knowing what to do. It's having the courage to live it.
Most of the people I work with already know more than they realize. They know the conversation they need to have. The decision they've been avoiding. The chapter that's ending. They can feel the life that's asking for them.
What's missing isn't another strategy.
It's the clarity, courage, and conviction to move.
I work with a small number of clients each year in deep, one-on-one coaching relationships for people navigating life's biggest transitions. Together, we'll challenge assumptions, uncover blind spots, make difficult decisions, and build the conviction to act on what you already know.
This isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about building a life that feels as true on the inside as it looks on the outside.
The life you want is already asking something of you.
ABOUT RET
Before I began guiding people through life's biggest transitions, I spent more than two decades living my own.
I built companies around the world, led teams, raised a family, climbed mountains, and experienced both the rewards and the weight that come with building a meaningful life. Like many of the people I work with today, I eventually discovered that success doesn't answer every question. In some ways, it reveals the most important ones.
Throughout that journey, I kept returning to the wilderness.
There, far from the expectations, distractions, and momentum of everyday life, I found something I couldn't find anywhere else—a deeper relationship with myself, with nature, and with what mattered most.
What began as a personal practice became a calling.
For more than twenty years, I've immersed myself in rites of passage, Vision Quests, and a lifetime of adventure, helping others step away long enough to hear themselves again.
Today, I work with founders, leaders, and others navigating life's biggest transitions—not by giving them answers, but by helping them trust what they've known all along.
I can't imagine more meaningful work.
